Regular Attendance and Punctuality

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, arrive punctually, and actively engage in all school activities.
• Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the morning assembly.
• During summer, the school gates will close at 8:00 AM, and latecomers will not be allowed to enter the premises.

Minimum Attendance Requirement

• A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for each academic year.
• Students failing to meet this attendance requirement may not be eligible for promotion to the next class.

Leaving School Premises

• Students are not permitted to leave the school premises before the scheduled dismissal time (no half-day leaves) except in emergencies.
• In such cases, parents/guardians must submit a written request to the Principal, along with the Parent ID card.
• Early leave will only be allowed with written permission from the Principal.

Absence After Term Breaks or Vacations

• Students who are absent for more than three consecutive days at the beginning of a term or immediately following a vacation, without prior intimation, may risk having their names removed from the school rolls.
